Public browsing

The public scholarship collection is built from sponsor information. Browsing, searching, and filtering this collection do not load private applications, answers, documents, or email records.

Protected workspace

The signed-in workspace stores shared application records, reusable answers, document versions, and reviewed email information. Authorized workspace members share access. The document link alone does not grant access.

Documents and account access

Uploaded documents are encrypted in online storage and downloaded through authenticated routes. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies; signing out revokes the session.

Gmail and application review

A connected Gmail mailbox is accessed through a separate read-only authorization. Relevant messages are queued for review. The application cannot send, delete, or modify mailbox messages. See the Gmail data-use page for details.

External services and requests

Sponsor links and social sharing links lead to other providers with their own policies. To request an account or data change, contact the person who gave you workspace access. There is no public self-service account registration.
